                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 
                   (FINAL), CONTRACT 51A, PEAVINE INTERCEPTOR 
                   AND NEIGHBORHOOD ROAD COLLECTOR SYSTEM, WITH 
                   STEIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., TO 
                   DECREASE THE CONTRACT IN THE AMOUNT OF NINE 
                   HUNDRED EIGHTY-TWO AND 20/100 DOLLARS 
                   ($982.20) FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT AMOUNT OF ONE 
                   HUNDRED NINETY-ONE THOUSAND, ONE HUNDRED 
                   FIFTY-FOUR AND 30/100 DOLLARS ($191,154.30), 
                   AND TO INCREASE THE CONTRACT TIME BY ONE 
                   HUNDRED TEN (110) CALENDAR DAYS, CHANGING 
                   THE COMPLETION DATE TO AUGUST 6, 1991.
                   
                   
                                                     
                   
                   
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
       Change Order No. 1 (Final), Contract 51A, Peavine Interceptor and 
       Neighborhood Road Collector System, with Stein Construction 
       Company, Inc., to decrease the contract in the amount of $982.20 
       for a total contract amount of $191,154.30, and to increase the 
       contract time by 110 calendar days, changing the completion date 
       to August 6, 1991.
